How payments work

Clients pay ConcordiaOrbis through Paystack. A liaison officer then procures the items and arranges delivery.

    Pay ConcordiaOrbis

    Farm access, product orders, and research purchases start in the app. Clients pay ConcordiaOrbis directly. Paystack handles card, mobile money, and bank transfer.

    Pending until Paystack confirms

    Nothing is marked paid until the charge succeeds. A declined payment creates no order.

  3. 3

    A liaison officer procures the order

    Once payment is confirmed, a ConcordiaOrbis liaison officer procures the requested items from verified suppliers and oversees quality and order accuracy.

  4. 4

    Secure delivery

    The liaison officer arranges delivery to the client at the agreed location.
